FOR USE AS A TATTOO

Jessica does allow the use of her art as a tattoo, after all, that is the utmost form of appreciation!  However, we do require that you purchase rights to the image (a one time low fee of $25 is charged) through our tattoo image licensor, Enchanted Tattoos.  At this time, Jessica is not taking on commissions, so you must choose from her existing image library.  You may browse her available images by visiting their web site at:

FOR USE AS A BUSINESS LOGO

Again, Jessica does allow this type of usage, but requires a one time usage fee per image.  If you wish to use one of her pieces as a logo for your business (on a web site, letterhead, print advertising, etc.), you must e-mail us requesting permission.  We will discuss the payment that is due, which is $75 per image.  Once you've made the payment, we send you a high resolution file of that image and a permission letter.  IMPORTANT!  Logo usage does NOT include using the art on a product for sale.  That falls under licensing.  Also, the grant of usage for a logo is non-exclusive, and you should be aware that others may purchase that same image for use as their logo.  At this time, Jessica is not taking on commissions, so you must choose from her existing image library.

As of 2006, our usage policy changed and we longer allowed the free use of Jessica's art in this way.  We joined forces with C.I.L.M. to offer packages of Jessica's images for hobbyists to use.  Once you purchase a package through C.I.L.M. you have a lifetime permission to use the images for NON-PROFIT graphic projects.  Please note, this includes MySpace page layouts, web graphics, e-mail stationery and the like.  We also appreciate any link you'd care to provide back to us here at www.enchanted-art.com so people know where to find Jessica if they like her work.  Thank you!

FOR USE ON A PRODUCT FOR SALE

This type of usage is considered licensing and falls under special circumstances.  You may NOT use Jessica's art on any product that is for sale in any way, unless you have a signed contract with her, with an agreed upon royalty rate.  Jessica and her staff reserve the right to deny any licensing requests at their sole discretion.  Many times, Jessica is even unable to allow usage on a product if it violates another contract she has in place.  If you wish to discuss a licensing contract with us, please feel free to e-mail us at: enchantedart@aol.com with the details of your project.
