 I'd like to invite you to take a little tour of my studio where I paint
and make all my crafty items.  It isn't anything grand, but it is my very
favorite place in the whole world.  C'mon in, be my guest and follow me...

Just inside the front door of our home, past the foyer lies my little
slice of heaven :).  A pair of white french doors give me a little privacy
when needed.  They don't do a very good job of keeping the kitties out,
but what the heck, a little cat hair never hurt anyone right?

Inside, I've decorated with my very favorite color...periwinkle!
It's a soothing, magical color.  A big cushy shag rug and lots of unique
candles and little lamps give the room a nice glow.

My favorite kind of day is a rainy, stormy day.  I love to hunker
down at my drawing desk working the day away painting.




Off to the side is my TV (keeps me company during those long hours
of painting).  My guilty pleasure?  Passions, the best soap in the world :)
The wedding dress was a gift from Nene Thomas.  She used it for
painting reference, then passed it on to me to do the same.

To the other side of the room is a shelving unit that holds all my favorite
figurines, water globes and other items inspired by my art.  I feel like
all those fairies are watching me work and acting as my little muses!

Here's a close up of the white mask on the shelves.  I picked that
up at a signing I did in Maryland.  I absolutely LOVE fantasy masks!

On the opposite wall as my drawing desk lies my second favorite
work desk!  This is my beading, necklace and craft table.  This is
where I make all my Beautiful Vanities necklaces, crowns and more.

Here's a closer look...some already made necklaces, and some "on deck"
pendants ready to be beaded or turned into crowns.

Above my beading desk is my fairy altar.  It holds a few beloved items.
