ARTIST MANUAL IS READY FOR PRE-ORDER!  You heard us right, it's finally done, and at the printer!  The professionally printed softcover book features 65 pages of information from Jessica on becoming a successful, professional artist.  The pages are filled with advice from Jessica on marketing yourself as an artist, merchandising, licensing, printing, packaging, shipping, staying inspired, and so much more.  This manual does not feature any painting tutorials, and rather is focussed on the business aspects of making a career as an artist.  You may now pre-order the manual!  All pre-orders will ship in mid-June, with June 30th being the very last possible day it will ship.  Check it out in our ARTIST MANUAL gallery!

April 18th, 2009:

ENCHANTED VISIONS SERIES RELEASED!  Jessica's project with fellow faerie artist Amy Brown has been released.  Each artist picked the same three painting titles, then went to work creating a painting depicting their vision of that title without showing eachother or giving any hints until they were complete.  It's fun to see two artists visions of the same title and Amy and Jess hope to expand on this further.  For now, you can see their first three pieces with the same titles in our Enchanted Visions gallery.  Amy's paintings are also shown there, but are only for sale on her web site: www.amybrowncollection.com

February 3rd, 2009:
HUGE CHANGE IN OUR SHIPPING CHARGES - PRICES SLASHED!  After much deliberation on the matter, we have decided to start using the US Postal service for nearly all of our outgoing orders.  We've been using Fed Ex for the past several years, but the rates keep going up and it's just not affordable any longer.  Except for very large packages (which will still go Fed Ex), we'll be shipping almost everything via USPS Priority, First Class or Parcel Post mail.  This means we drastically lowered our shipping fees!  In fact, we now have ONE flat rate shipping fee no matter what you order!  Only $5 for U.S. destinations, $10 for Canadian destinations and $20 for all other International Destinations!  This means time in transit may be slightly longer, but in our experience, the USPS still offers great, quick service.  Happy shopping! :)

New Products Added!  We have just added our new Ornate Necklaces in our new Ornate Necklace gallery.  Special thanks to Dorinda at She Fashions for designing these beautiful pieces to showcase my art!  We've also added our gorgeous and deliciously scented Smelly Jellies to our Candles & More gallery.  The beautiful jars that hold them are perfect for your enchanted home or office.  And, just in time for the holidays we've added our new Yule Blessings scented candle, and our Yule holiday card sets.  You can see both in our Featured Products gallery.
Coming Next!  Since I have quite a few things in the works, and now have a better idea of when they're coming, I wanted to update everyone.
Artist Manual: I've finished it!  But, I'm having it edited to be sure it says everything I want to say perfectly.  I'm going to be self publishing this and will now launch it in early 2009.
Celtic Myth & Magick series:  I've now finished three paintings: The Morrigan, Arianrhod and Arenmetia.  Brighid is in the works now with Cerridwen and Rhiannon coming next.  I love this new series so much that I felt they needed a new home...so, I'll be launching a new site just for my Celtic Myth and Magick series at the end of November.  I'll be adding new Celtic deities, including some Gods, often :)  I also am very personally attached to this series, and therefore will be offering them as some new special products.
Bracelets!  I have my cuff cameo bracelets in stock!  Now, we have to photograph them all, so I plan to put those up on my site later in November.
Tapestries!  I have The Morrigan (new) and Vintage Rose at the weavers.  They are being turned into beautiful woven wall tapestries with decorative bars for hanging.  I should have these in late November - just in time for the holidays!
Enchanted Kitchen Items!  I've decided to hold off on releasing these new items until early 2009.  I'll have them up and ready then, and they'll include sets for the kitchen which feature message boards, serving trays, trivets and more.
Holiday Order Cut Off Date!  The last date for ordering for orders to ship before the Christmas holiday is Wednesday, December 17th.  If you live in the U.S.A. and get us your order before that date, you will have your items before the holiday! :)  We'll also be hiring extra help soon so that we get our order turnaround times down to 5 - 7 days instead of the usual two weeks.
Holiday Open House for Local Customers!  For the first year ever, I'm hosting a Holiday Open House and Shopping Party at the Clarion Westgate Hotel with my friends from Munro Gifts and A Starry Grove gallery!  We'll have our items out for sale at very low prices, free gift wrap, chair massage, a coloring table for kids, and free coffee, tea and cookies!  If you are in the Ohio/Michigan area and want to check this out, e-mail me for more details at: enchantedart@aol.com

New Products Added!  We have our new porcelain gift and decor line in stock!  Our beautiful new porcelain vases make beautiful accents to the home or office.  We love to cut fresh blooms from our garden and put them in our vases!  Also, our beautiful porcelain wish boxes are in stock too.  Each box features one of Jessica's inspirational fairies, with authentic gold rim and sentiment written in a fancy font in gold on the inside of the box.  These will make fabulous holiday gifts as well!  Check them out in the Porcelain Vases gallery and the Porcelain Boxes gallery!

Prices Lowered!  We've released a 4th print size - 5" x 7" prints for those with small spaces!  Also, we've lowered the prices on all of our open edition prints and our Treasure boxes :)
Figurines Sold Out & Retired!  Four of our Zodiac Figurines now have joined the sold out and retired list.  Sagittarius, Aquarius, Leo and Virgo are now completely gone.  Please note, to those of you who have purchased any of our now retired figurines, they increase in value exponentially once they retire.  We encourage you to save your boxes in case you ever decide to sell!

A Sneak Peek at Jessica's New Painting Style & Series!  As we mentioned before, Jessica was learning a new mixed media painting process with oils.  She's perfected that and is now giving fans a glimpse at what is to come!  On our HOME page, you'll see The Morrigan, hot off the drawing board.  This piece is part of an up and coming series of Celtic Myth & Magick, exploring the ancient  deities, goddesses and faeries from Celtic lore by Jessica Galbreth.  Jessica is now working with Robert Gould of Imaginosis Publishing, who is also Brian Froud's and Alan Lee's agent, and the person in charge of FaerieCon and Faerieworlds...what an honor to collaborate with this leader in the industry!  Jessica and Robert have lots of ideas for Jessica and her art, and we'll continue to give you sneak peeks here on what is coming next.  The new piece we've posted is not yet for sale, and will be part of something very special coming up very soon - promise!
